Graphics on this site were created solely by me, or created from lines/tubes of others and used with permission, and will be stated on either the page it's used or in my membership pages. Any resemblance to any other graphics is purely coincidental, as I get my inspiration from various places, as do most artists. Please keep in mind that although you are using my outlines/tutorials/tubes/doll bases, the original image is still copyrighted to me. I am not going to promise a weekly or even monthly update, I simply can't, due to real life and my own health. I will try to update as often as I can, when I can. I reserve the right to deny membership and/or service to any individual. Any individual found to be in violation of said terms is subject to IMMEDIATE removal, and NO REFUNDS GIVEN; this also goes for ANYONE violating any other artist Terms not associated with this site. I only accept payments used with PayPal. Payment should be made within 48 hours of receipt of the PayPal invoice. Should payment not be received within 48 hours, a reminder will be sent, upon which you will have 24 hours; if payment isn't received after such time, I will cancel the payment request and consider your order cancelled. Due to the content of this site, ALL payments are final whether purchasing a Membership or an item from my Shoppe. If for any reason you are removed for violating my Terms of Use, or anyone else's, you will not receive a refund. Membership is granted upon the agreement of ALL Terms of Use stated. Once payment has been received, you will then receive your proper logo(s), and granted access to the members area, OR receive your purchased item from my Shoppe. A link back to Ambrosia's Castle is a must, using the proper logo(s) given, either on your front page or in your membership/license page, regardless if you are purchasing a membership or a certain item from my Shoppe. Although I do understand that sometimes logos can become cluttered and slow pages down, and if you had rather use a text link, please do so, just know that a link back is a must. If you do not have a website and wish to become a member or purchase something from my Shoppe, you MUST provide a link where ever you use your finished works, or various other images found in the members area or my Shoppe. Please link back using the following URL: http://ambrosiascastle.com You are NOT to share your username and/or password for the members area to anyone. Violators found doing so will be removed immediately, and no refunds given. I will NOT ask for access to anyone's member area, unless I feel that my terms are being violated and want to make sure for myself. NOTHING found in the members area or in my Shoppe are to be passed around in Yahoo/Google/MSN type groups, UNLESS you are showing off YOUR completed works, in which case you MUST provide a link back to Ambrosia's Castle. This also goes for forum groups as well. You are NOT to use anything in my members area or Shoppe, associated with any stolen graphics or anyone's work found to be in violation of someone else's Terms of Use. I will warn you the first time, after that you will be removed from the members area, and black listed. Please no hot linking, as it's rude. You will be warned if found hot linking images from this site. I would advise that a No Right Click script be placed on your site, to protect you and your works from thieves and those who hot link. ~*~*~*~*~*~ I offer two types of memberships here with Ambrosia's Castle: Lifetime Membership, in which you can use my outlines/tubes/doll bases, for NON profit use this also includes NOT tubing ANYTHING unless for personal use. Although tutorials work a little differently and will be explained as you read further. You can however use your creations to gain "forum money", or to give as gifts; but they MUST link back to you if you have a site, where ever the image is displayed or if you choose on their credits page. If you do not have a site, they MUST link back to Ambrosia's Castle, where ever the image is displayed. Although, you can upgrade for a Tube-Profit License later on, should you choose to do so. Lifetime with Tube-Profit License, in which you can use my outlines/tubes/tutorials/doll bases FOR profit use, this also includes creating tube packs with various images in the members area. You are also allowed to use your creations to gain "forum money", or to give as gifts; but again they MUST link back to you if you have a site, where ever the image is displayed or if you choose on their credits page. If you do not have a site, they MUST link back to Ambrosia's Castle, where ever the image is displayed. With either membership, you can still use images long after this site is gone, as long as you still give me credit and abide by my TOU. Membership isn't with the lifetime of the site here, but with YOUR lifetime. Once you are a member with Ambrosia's Castle, you will automatically be placed on the Updates Mailing List, as this is required, so you will know what's going on with the site. ALL members who purchase anything from my Shoppe will receive 10% off any item in the shoppe, either on sale or not. To claim your discount, there will be a posted word/phrase in the Members Area or sent out in the updates email, for you to use. With my outlines you may create websets, stationery, signature tags, tubes, avatars, adoptions, contests and various other projects like scrap-booking, etc. - for personal use, UNLESS you have a Tube-Profit License or you have purchased a line pack with license from my Shoppe, you may do it for profit; but ONLY AFTER you have colored and shaded them and added your own personal touch (unless otherwise stated). None of my outlines are to be used "as is", unless stated otherwise. I do allow small altering of my outlines ONLY in the members area, but they are NOT to be offered in your member areas, nor are you to say that they are yours, as they are still my outlines. However, if you have done an alteration to any of my outlines in the members area, please feel free to send me your altered version, and I'll place them in the members area, with credit to you. You are NOT allowed to alter any outlines that I have purchased for the members area, from another person or site, these lines are special, and will have special instructions on their page. Outlines are NOT to be resized, nor are they to be sliced and diced to be pieced together to look like Frankenstein. You are welcome though that should you need a line erased to fit the graphic you're working on, to do so, but don't be slicing. Credit is required, when using my outlines, although credit on your membership or credit page is all I ask, unless you don't have a site or are showing of your finished works then it's to be placed where ever the image is used. Anyone found to be misusing my outlines, will be removed with no refund.  This goes for Members Area and Shoppe. With my tubes you may create websets, stationery, signature tags, avatars, and adoptions - for personal use, UNLESS you have a Tube-Profit License or you have purchased a tube pack with license from my Shoppe. When using my tubes you MUST add various other things to it and not just text. Tubes are NOT to be altered in anyway, except to change eye color and adding make up to doll tube packs (when stated you can). Any tube packs that I have purchased for the members area, from another person or site, as they are considered special tubes and have their own special instructions on their page. Credit is required, when using my tubes, although credit on your membership or credit page is all I ask, unless you don't have a site or are showing off your finished works then it's to be placed where ever the image is used. Anyone found to be misusing my tubes, will be removed with no refund.

With my bases you can create dolls for websets, stationery, signature tags, tubes, avatars, adoptions, contests, and various other projects like scrap-booking, etc. - for personal use, UNLESS you have a Tube-Profit License or you have purchased a doll pack with license from my Shoppe; but ONLY after you have added your own personal touch. The Doll Base names should be somewhere, when creating dolls with my bases. Doll bases, may be altered slightly to suit your needs and for animation purposes, this also includes changing the doll's skin and eye color. You are NOT however to claim the altered versions as your own, although if you have done an altered version of any of my bases in the members area, please feel free to send them to me and I'll add them to the Members Area, with credit to you. You are NOT allowed to alter bases that I have purchased for the members area, from another person or site, as they are considered special bases, and will have their own special instructions on their page. DO NOT, slice or dice any of my bases and add them to other bases, this is considered Franken-Dolling, and WILL NOT be tolerated. You may create tube packs with my bases, that is providing that you have a Tube-Profit License, or you have purchased a doll pack with a license from my Shoppe. When giving/selling your tube packs, doll bases need to be dressed in underwear, and please be sure that the doll base name stays the same and can be found somewhere. Credit is required, when using my doll bases, although credit on your membership or credit page is all I ask, unless you don't have a site or are showing off your finished works then it's to be placed where ever the image is used. Anyone found to be misusing my bases, will be removed with no refund.  This goes for Members Area and Shoppe. With my tutorials you can create websets, stationery, signature tags, tubes, avatars, adoptions, contests, and various other projects like scrap-booking, etc. - for personal or profit use, regardless of your membership; the reason I say that is because my tutorials are more How To's rather than your standard tutorial. I would like it if your end result didn't look anything like the image I might be using in my tutorials. As they are meant only as a jumping off point to better help you with your graphics or websites. Tutorials are NOT to be created using my line art, unless you have a Tube-Profit License or you have purchased an item from my shoppe with a license that allows you to do so. Credit is not a requirement, when using my tutorials, although it is nice ;) 
This goes for Members Area and Shoppe. Blank Layouts are offered raw, meaning that there are no images or color what-so-ever on them, you have to put those in yourself. You are free to change the tables height and width to suit your needs. You are NOT allowed to offer these layouts "as is" on any site, UNLESS you have added your own images and colors. If you hold a Tube-Profit License or have purchased a Blank Layout from my Shoppe, you may use them for profit. You are allowed to offer your completed layouts using the Blank Layouts, in your members area (free or paid area), regardless of membership. You are also allowed to offer your completed layout on your site. Credits MUST stay intact on these layouts on every page the layout is used, even if you do add your own colors and images. Anyone found to be misusing my Blank Layouts, will be removed with no refund. 
This goes for Members Area and Shoppe. Signature Tags found in the members area will be blank, so members can add their own names, and WILL NOT be found in my Shoppe. NO signature found in the members area is to be used for profit, regardless of membership. Signature Tags in the Members Area are for personal use only, and are NOT to be redistributed anywhere else or given away. Signature Tags found in my Shoppe, are for purchase only, and WILL NOT be found in the Members Area of my site. They can be purchased for yourself or for a friend. Various signatures will have several things you can request, so when ordering please be sure to make your order very clear. Regardless of where you get the signature from my site, you MUST link back to Ambrosia's Castle anywhere the signature is used, this includes when purchasing a signature tag for a friend. Text links are fine, and are recommended. Anyone found to be misusing my Signature Tags, will be removed with no refund.  This goes for Members Area. Linkware can be anything in the Members Area, under the Linkware section. These can be used for personal or business sites, regardless of membership. They are NOT to be added to any members areas for your members to use, these are strictly for the use of the members of Ambrosia's Castle. You can use some of these for your forum, your site, or blog. You MUST provide credit when using these images, either in a credits section or credits page (if your credits page is your membership page, then please feel free to use that). Adoptions is for members use ONLY, in most cases there is a banner/certificate, and it should be used where ever you display your adoption. NO adoptions found in the Members Area is to be redistributed in any fashion. Remember when using linkware, that's exactly what it is, and you MUST link back to Ambrosia's Castle, where these graphics are used, text links are fine. Anyone found to be misusing my Linkware, will be removed with no refund. 
This goes for Members Area and Shoppe. You are more than welcome to auction off your creations using my lines/tubes/tutorials/bases, as long as you hold a Tube-Profit License with my site or you have purchased an item with a license in my Shoppe. Please keep in mind that when auctioning off anything that you have created using the stated above, that you must abide by my Terms of Use, that has been listed for the various sections. Credit is required, on your auction, although you need only to link back using a text link.  This goes for Members Area. If you are interested in trading memberships with me, please let me know a little bit about you when you fill out the Trade Form, as I like to know who I'm trading with. I reserve the right to deny trading to anyone, this is my choice, don't take it personally, but sometimes I can get overwhelmed with trades. If we do trade however, I only trade Lifetime Membership with License for Lifetime Membership with License. Should you close your site, then our trade will be null-n-void, as there's no point in trading with someone when they can receive my goodies, but I can't receive theirs. Should there be any reason you can't keep your site open, sometimes if you just talk with me, and discuss the problem we could probably come to an agreement and work things out. Okay that's all for my Terms of Use, I know they sound lengthy, but it's to protect my members as well as myself.
